Summary: The place is exactly as it appears. Inside are all the things you need to relax and entertain in comfort. We had 8 family and cooked in every meal together. Barbecue fired right up. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms modern and clean. Lots of closet and drawer space. Slept on the pull out sofa and it was in great shape - - very comfortable and easy to set up and stow away. Plenty of linens and towels. Outside deck seating for morning coffee was really lovely. Just out the door is an easy walk to the beach, the canal, or Venice Main Street. Despite that proximity, it is a very quiet street. The beach is huge. We had plenty of space for frisbee, spike ball and lounging. We swam every day and had pods of dolphins with us. It was fantastic. Would definitely stay again. There is a lot of street parking within walking distance. Some days parking took some circling, but something always opened up.
