Positive: The apartment is exactly as on pictures. Someone has put lots of effort in interior design and everything seems high quality. All necessary utilities are there. Outdoor pictures represent common area which are shared with other apartments and upper floor balcony is also shared with other apartment. Other than that, all things were great.
