Welcome to Kamm`s Corners! This centrally-located, stylishly decorated, and well-appointed house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The downtown area is just a quick 15-minute drive, the airport is only 10 minutes away, and the Cleveland Clinic main campus is just 20 miles away. This is the ideal location for your visit to the Land!
Spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and necessary amenities make this house a home away from home. Keep in mind that the house is over 100 years old and although it has been updated, it still has some of its original quirks. This rental is for one unit of a duplex. The bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the second floor and the laundry is located in the basement, which is shared between both units of the duplex.
There is a futon in the office if you need additional sleeping space. This area is a bit odd, as it is located off of the bathroom, but there is a door separating the rooms, so you can use it if needed.
Plenty of parking is available in the driveway off of Pilgrim Ave, as well as on the street. We look forward to welcoming you to your cozy and convenient Cleveland home!
