An idyllic spot just 5 minutes from the beach – this beautiful 1/1 comes fully furnished with a stocked kitchen and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy peaceful atmosphere and all the amenities that come with it, without the hassle of anything else.
full access to the entire in-law apartment (attached to main home but it's completely private from the rest of the home) with designated parking and private entrance. the unit includes a large bedroom with a Queen bed with 2 closets, a full bathroom with a bathtub, a full kitchen which includes a fridge, stove with oven, coffee maker, microwave with dishes, glasses, silverware , a Workstation, washer and dryer, a dining table seats up to 4 . washer dryer

We are a pet-friendly home. PLEASE ADD YOUR PET TO YOUR RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING SO THAT THERE IS NO CONFUSION(2 pet max with weight restriction). A $150 pet fee per pet should be applied to your price or we will manually add the pet fee. If your pet leaves an excess amount of fur and they were not on your reservation, you will be charged a fee.
No unregistered guests/pets allowed. We do not allow parties, events, or loud music inside or outside of the property. Violation of the rule will terminate your stay, with No refund, and a fine.
THIS IS NOT A PARTY/EVENTS HOUSE. Please, do not throw any parties/events. Deep cleaning fee is $350.

There is a strict No Smoking (of any kind) policy on the premises. Any signs of smoke will incur a $300 Fine.
Please clean up after yourselves and your pet(s) and take the trash out during designated trash days for the next guest.
Any violations of any of our house rules guest will immediately be asked to leave the property with no refunds.
