Summary: This is a beautiful property with lots of land and beautiful outside areas. Unfortunately, there was an ant infestation and not just a few ants. Even after continuously spraying by my husband, there were still hundreds of ants in the main bath and hallway area during our entire stay. They seemed to be entering through the vents. They were even on the bathroom vanity,etc. My husband sprayed and still needed to vacuum up dead ants from the carpet each night. Each morning there were also tons of ants in the kitchen sink and counters which seemed to be coming up from the drain. Our friends who stayed in the in law suite also had an ant issue. The house was also not very clean. When we arrived, the kitchen sink was dirty and a dirty sponge was in the sink. The counters were filthy and the floors and carpets had stuff on them and were in need of a good vacuum. For the 230 cleaning fee we expected clean counters, a clean kitchen sink and vacuumed floors. When stripping the bed there was dog hair and a urine stain on the mattress pad. The property has so much potential if it was kept up.
