Positive: Very easy to find, helpful and accommodating staff and the spa was TOP NOTCH! I choose this because I really love saunas and try to experience them wherever I travel and it had one of the better ones I’ve been to. Cold pool: awesome COLD! Steam room: perfectly hot! The beds and pillows were very comfortable too and close to a Family Mart for after spa meal. I would stay here again any day happily.
