Summary: Very short walk to the beach, we enjoyed riding the bikes. Also the grill was in good condition so we definitely used it. The house was clean and had starter supplies. I am not a fan of bring your linens but it wasn't bad. Also the kitchen has everything we needed for cooking. The bonus for me was that one bedroom was on the floor with the den/kitchen.
