The Space:
As you pull up to your temporary home, you’ll be greeted by the charming ranch-style exterior that Texas is well-known for. There is a huge sweeping front lawn with lush trees and manicured landscaping. Inside, the one-story home features an open concept floorplan made for gathering as a group but it also provides those much needed private spaces to retreat. As soon as you walk in, you’ll be able to see the entire open living area. The interior design is impeccable with beautiful contemporary finishes. The space is soothing but with unique pops of color and tons of visual interest throughout.
The living room is completely open to the kitchen so your whole group can be together and no one will feel left out! You’ll love hanging out in this cozy space by the fireplace with a stunning stone mantel as you watch TV, play games, make plans for your trip, or just chat. You’ll also have a great view out to the backyard through the amazing French doors.
The breathtaking kitchen is one you’ll be inspired to whip up a fresh meal in. And you’ll easily be able to do that as it comes fully equipped with everything you need whether you’re enjoying some delicious local takeout or preparing your own meal. It also features stainless steel appliances, a gorgeous backsplash, and a large island with barstools to enjoy your food at. There is also an attached dining area where you can have your meals together around the table.
It’s important to get some good rest so you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest. You’ll have 3 spacious bedrooms to recuperate in, all furnished with high-end furniture and lavish linens you’ll be able to sink right into. You’ll also have 2 full bathrooms that are clean and modern. Both are nicely updated with great finishes.

The Neighborhood:
Your vacation home is in the Farmer’s Branch area of northwest Dallas. Conveniently, you’ll be less than 20 minutes to DFW airport and downtown Dallas. You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions.
In addition to the major attractions, you’ll be just 13 minutes from Eisemann Center, which hosts symphonies and musical theatre performances. Take the family on an adventure and go tree-top trekking 22 minutes away at the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park. For more fun with the kids, be sure to check out Adventure Landing Dallas (15 minutes away), which features mini-golf, laser tag, go-karts, and an arcade. You can also pay a visit to AT&T Stadium, home to the Dallas Cowboys, as well as the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 25 minutes away.
For some great shopping, The Galleria Dallas, a high-end shopping center, is 5 minutes away.
You’ll also be 15 minutes to our very own entertainment hub, The Toyota Music Factory. In this same area, you’ll also find Lake Carolyn and the Mandalay Canal walk, a peaceful and charming section of Las Colinas. It’s the perfect gathering spot for those wanting to take a break from all the sight-seeing!
Finally, the city has several amazing parks you absolutely must check out and 2 of them are less than 15 minutes away from home. Prairie Creek Park is known for its scenic landscapes and vibrant flowers and plants. It also features a gorgeous waterfall right in the center of the park, the perfect spot to take some amazing pictures. Last, but not least, Spring Creek Trail and Spring Creek Nature Center can be found in lush woodland just outside of Richardson. It’s the ideal spot to find some peace and solitude. Perfect for walking, biking, or hiking, there are over 5 miles of trails to take in the tranquil scenery.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
