This comfortable, homely property is half of a traditional Victorian farmhouse. The house has been sympathetically converted to provide cosy and fully self-contained holiday accommodation on a 96-acre working farm only three miles from Criccieth. Well equipped throughout and providing a welcoming mix of antique furnishings and up to the moment modern convenience, this three-bedroom house is beautifully decorated throughout. With panoramic views of Snowdonia National Park from the bedrooms, this property also has an utterly charming sitting room with an open fire and mountain views. A perfect location for those wanting to explore the breathtaking mountain countryside that surrounds this idyllic location. Please note that electric cars cannot be charges at this property.

Summary: Perfect location for our holiday, lovely unspoilt mountain views from the windows. It seemed odd initially for the owners to share the house, i.e. there was a door from their lounge to the hallway we were using marked private, and a door upstairs on the landing also marked private, which obviously led to their accommodation. However it didn't present any problems. There was a welcoming bowl of fruit left on the table which was very thoughtful and appreciated very much. There is no freezer in the kitchen, which could have been a problem, but we managed without. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located on the owner's property, and it is necessary to go outside to access them. Also there is no central heating, but there are electric radiators and there is a lovely cosy open fire, which had been lit and was burning nicely to welcome us - a very special and welcome touch in February! All in all a lovely place for a holiday, we found it to be ideally situated for exploring North Wales, and had a very pleasant stay.
