Come stay in our beautifully crafted mountain home which is only a short walk or drive to Main Street Frisco, Lake Dillon, and the Frisco Marina! The mountains are calling and this home, nestled in an open space with woods and mountain views, is the perfect place to call home while enjoying the historical town of Frisco and the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Location, location, location! Truly!! In the summer you will find hiking trails and bike paths leading to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Vail Pass with convenient bike rentals to choose from. Plan a day at Lake Dillon renting kayaks, paddle boards, and more. Or ride/walk around the lake on the 18.8-mile path with breathtaking views. Check out the Frisco Adventure Park for year-round fun. Plan your meals around some of Summit Counties` best coffee shops, Breweries, and many excellent eateries. In the winter you are surrounded by world-class ski resorts (Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland, and Vail). Sled, cross-country ski, snowshoe, Snow Mobile and so much more!The details of the home make this a one-of-a-kind place to enjoy with 7 of your favorite people!4 Bedroom: 1 Calif. King, 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen with Trundle Bed in the Home Theater Room for 2 additional peopleThe main floor has an open plan which is perfect for time together while enjoying the fireplace, TV, or cooking up a gourmet meal in a kitchen designed by a local restaurant owner and chef. The Greatroom has a beautiful vaulted ceiling with lots of natural light pouring in the many windows. The gas fireplace is striking with its 2 story stone wall and is a perfect place to cozy up on the couch at the end of a fun day of playing outdoors where you can stream your personal app accounts on the smart TV. The flooring on the main level of the home was uniquely designed with bamboo wood as well as a mountain bonus enjoying radiant floor heat. All bedrooms are carpeted. Take a look "up" and see the unique ceiling and beams made from our own Colorado aspen!The beautifully designed Chef's Kitchen features quartz countertops and an island with an additional built-in drawer fridge, a large window with wooded views, and is equipped with just about anything you will need and then some! Come and create family/friend feasts with the 6 burners Wolffe Range, a large stainless steel fridge, your standard appliances and utensils as well as a Blender, Kitchen Aid Mixer, Cuisinart Food Processor, Toaster Oven, and Juicer. For the days you don't feel like a big creation use the crockpot and enjoy time with your loved ones. The home is spread out over three floors (with no elevator). From each level of the home, you will go up or down 17 steps. On the main floor in addition to the living room and kitchen, you will find a powder room, laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, shelving for overflow food, garage access, and the Master Ensuite Bedroom. The main floor Master Ensuite Bedroom features a Western California King bed (72x84), a gas fireplace, a large screen TV and DVD player, vaulted aspen wood-beamed ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows with majestic pine views, and French doors leading to the home's private deck. You can unpack and take full advantage of a large walk-in closet.In the Master Bath, you will be able to utilize the double vanity, relax in the separate shower, and for a spa-like escape immerse yourself in the large soaking tub. The second floor of the home boasts a large loft-style sitting area with seating and beautiful views of the woods and Buffalo Mountain in the background. Off the sitting area, you can choose between a second King Bedroom (King size 74x78) with more vaulted ceilings, Skylights, aspen wood beams, more enchanting outdoor wooded views, and an ensuite bathroom.Or you can make the Queen Bedroom your place to settle in for a good night's sleep. This room also features a vaulted aspen wood ceiling with skylights and its own ensuite bathroom. Both the King and Queen Ensuite Bathrooms have a shower/tub combo for your use. The lower level of our mountain home provides a Queen bed to comfortably sleep two and a desk to do remote work when needed (hopefully not!). Off the Queen Bedroom is a Full Bath with a tub/shower combo.In addition, there is an office desk in the queen room giving you a quiet, removed space with high ceilings and wooded views.The house is equipped with 1G Wi-Fi, making this home a dream to work remotely from. And a special feature on the lower level, where you can spend hours escaping, is the Home Theater Room with a 10 ft. TV screen and comfortable leather reclining chairs, where you can sit back, relax, and watch the show! The Home Theater Room has a Trundle Bed for 2 additional sleeping spaces.Please note the house does not have AC but each bedroom has a fan for the rare night you want to cool down. Most of the time the nights are cool if not chilly and you can cuddle up for a great night's sleep with the windows open and the sound of wind in the pines. The main floor of the house (and the master bedroom) is equipped with a built-in humidifying system that will self-regulate and keep you comfortable. The other bedrooms have a humidifier should you feel the need for moist air. Parking: You will be able to use two spaces in the attached garage plus two more driveway spaces for cars only.No campers are permitted. There is no street parking. MAX Occupancy: 10MAX cars: 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway. No Campers (driveway cars will need to be moved for snow removal)
