The complex is located on Crescent beach and is situated near the center where the beach is widest. Crescent Beach is famous for its crescent shape with soft white sand. Made from 99% pure quartz, the sand is soft, floury and cool to the touch even in the hottest sun. This condo is just a short walking distance (approximately 2 minutes) from dazzling large circular pool, relaxing hot tub and the Gulf of Mexico... for a breathtaking panoramic view of world famous Crescent Beach, 'Best Sand Beach in America', rated by the Travel Channel.
