Just 200 yards away from the Lane End beach with her wonderful sea views and beach side cafe's is one reason for choosing Woodclose for your holiday, but the cottage also has a new kitchen, new bathroom and is decorated throughout to an excellent standard and for those who enjoy visiting the island in the off peak weeks the cottage has central heating.
The cottage has its own her own parking space and a well maintained rear garden mainly laid to lawn, with an outside area with garden furniture and a charcoal barbeque to enjoy the peace and quiet of Bembridge's Lane End area.
The cottage has three bedrooms, one on the ground floor (a new double) with a bathroom alongside which includes a tub and overhead shower.
Also on the ground floor the kitchen is new and well equipped and includes a washing machine and fridge / freezer.
A comfortable sitting room with a six seat dining table leads to a conservatory area with comfortable furniture.
Upstairs there is both a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and a twin.
Fresh linen and towels are included - overall it's a great holiday cottage for those who like their comfort as well as being close to the beaches and local shops the Lane End area of Bembridge enjoys.
Arrival can be either a Friday or Saturday during peak holiday weeks, while other days are available during other times of the year for short breaks along with one and two week holidays.

Nice place for a getaway, very close to beach (and dog friendly). We had 2 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs and fit comfortably. Host was helpful with tips and discounted ferry tickets. Cottage was comfortable with all the necessities and good WiFi. Peter 26th July 2020
