Summary: A sparsely accommodated, utilitarian living space within a 100% concrete block structure. A/C worked well. Pack your own coffee filter, ice trays, dish towels, and washcloths. Mattresses have seen better days but are comfortable. Loud karaoke bars in front, back and side of property. Bring ear plugs!
