This townhome is exquisitely designed, spacious, and conveniently located close to world-class skiing at Whiteface Mountain, biking, hiking, and summer days at the Wilmington beach.
With three levels of living space, families and friends can gather in comfort.
The ground level features a mud room, two, ensuite-queen bedrooms, and a bedroom with twin bunks. On this level is also a 3rd bathroom with a tub/shower unit.
The fully finished basement features a bedroom with three twins, couches, tv, and ping-pong table.
The upper level features a fully equipped kitchen for family dinners and apres entertaining, a warm and inviting living space, as well as a separate sitting area off of the kitchen- a perfect and quiet place for "working from home" or a post-ski nap.
In terms of location, Owaissa Club is a 2 minute drive to Whiteface Mountain and 15 minute drive to downtown Lake Placid! In the summer, guests can enjoy being steps from the Wilmington Beach- a favorite of locals and visitors alike!
