"Wishful Dreaming Nash is located in East Nashville just a short drive to 5 points or Downtown to Broadway!! East Nashville has everything you could need. East Nashville is probably Nashville's most eccentric and liberal area, especially embraced by artists and musicians. The area has undergone extreme revitalization over the last decade, drawing a lot of attention to an assortment of newcomers who enjoy a laid-back community and culture.
East Nashville has a huge list of amazing businesses, from restaurants to shops, that are undoubtedly some of the best in Nashville. A lot of different types of people live in East Nashville, but expect to see mostly young, hip adults and families at the local spots. There are all types of properties including houses, townhouses, duplexes and small apartments. Walking from East Nashville to the other areas in Nashville is a bit too far, so be prepared for a short Uber ride to Broadway, Downtown and the other amazing neighborhoods of Nashville."

East Nashville is a hip, urban area with new & amazing restaurants, clubs, bars etc popping up all the time. Please understand that this home is not in a suburb, but a diverse, thriving urban residential neighborhood with new homes along side some older ones. Many families enjoy living here. You may see people from all socioeconomic demographics. The homes here are maintained fairly well, but this is not a high end suburban neighborhood with an HOA.
