Positive: Gorgeous surroundings set back from the road. Pleasant local area. Beautiful sized kitchen with lovely view of garden. BBQ hut looked great although we didn’t use it (was locked but I’m sure we could have asked for the key if desired). We enjoyed the quooker tap!
Negative: Sofa’s in front of TV were not overly comfortable and wasn’t as clean as we would have liked/expected (although we were assured this was due to the regular cleaner being unable to work).
Summary: Good base to explore Lincolnshire - both the city and the coast - with more than enough space for 2 friends.
