Positive: Great location, nice rear garden, good shower, clean and tidy. Great little key light on front door. Need get one for myself
Negative: Bit of TLC needed, looking Bit tired in places. Washbasin cabinet, twin room curtains dated. Unfortunately the Brewers Quay refurbishment and the front outlook isn't great. Nothing you can do about that hopefully in the future that will only improve. May be worth speaking to contractors to see if they can screen off works at all? Also next doors rubbish is overflowing and neglected so brings down the front entrance. Again out of your control but really not pleasant. The windy weather didn't help blowing around all the debris. Hopefully this is helpful feedback.
