Waterfront townhouse. This 3 level unit is great for either summer or winter vacations. The property is available for weekly (Saturday to Saturday) or longer rentals. It's located in the Lakes Region at the base of Shawnee Peak Ski Resort.
An 18 foot cathedral ceiling in the living room has a floor to ceiling stone fireplace and flat screen TV. The living room is open to the dining area with 2 sliders onto the wrap-around deck with views of Moose Pond. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances.
The beautifully decorated unit has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and can accommodate up to 10 people. The large primary suite is on the main level with a king size bed. There are two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a full bath on the upper level.
The lower level has a family room with a flat screen TV, games, a woodburning stove, foosball table, and a sliding door to the lower deck. It also has a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a full bath.
The laundry room is conveniently located on the main level.
This townhome includes 2 kayaks for renters use. The association offers a community beach and swim dock.
Just 3 hours from Boston in the lakes region of Maine at the foothills of the White Mountains. Downtown Bridgton is only 10 minutes away. Outlet shopping, dining and activities are all just 25-30 minutes away in North Conway, NH. Nearby activities include drive-in movie, movie theater, miniature golf, Storyland, and much more.

Summary: Spacious, well-designed and tastefully appointed, this home afforded our family of 4 adults and 2 boys, ages 8 and 12, the opportunity to be together with ample space for separation. Our boys reveled in “their” space in the lowest of the three levels with a separate bedroom, bathroom and family room. Our son and daughter-in-law were in the uppermost floor with their own bathroom while my husband and I stayed in the master bedroom on the first floor level. Listening to the loons and even catching glimpses of them in the early mornings and evenings was definitely a highlight of our stay. Our host was amazing. She was responsive and gracious and very accommodating. We’ve been coming to Bridgton for the past 30+ years for my husband’s annual family get together. This lakeside location is our absolute favorite.
