It is newly renovated and features 3 bedrooms (3 queens), 2 full baths, a well-appointed kitchen, laundry facilities, game room and an abundance of living space. You will be minutes to the Savannah Airport, Tanger Outlets, Costco, fast food, bowling, movie theaters & so much more.
Home is also located within 15 minutes to Historic Downtown Savannah and River Street where you can enjoy shopping and touring our lovely city. Need a beach day? We are within 45 minutes to Tybee Island. Take in the sun and waves and then head back to The Guest House to relax from your day's activities. Our garage is setup for family game night and fun activities for everyone.
Guest will have access to entire property. Unique code given for keyless entry, private driveway parking.
