The space
An Innovative layout features the extensive use of glass with soaring ceilings that achieve a lofty luminous feel across both levels.
The sun-filled home features four double rooms including a luxurious master suite with a huge walk in robe an ensuite.
There is ducted air-conditioning throughout with an outdoor fan to offer the ultimate in relaxed luxury.
This stunning residence has far more to offer than just its size, style and location.
With views to the water in the Marina, this position presents convenience and comfort all in one. This exclusive position in Shell Cove is not only in the heart of the waterfront precinct but a short stroll to Bass Point, local beaches and only 1.5hrs from Sydney CBD.
Enjoy your welcome gift, 1 bottle of champagne and chocolates, with complimentary coffee pods, tea and milk.
The property features a high quality kitchen with Smeg appliances, including gas cooking top, ovens, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Krups coffee machine, Kenwood blender and Sunbeam juicer. There is enough cutlery and plates to serve eight guests.
Cooking oil, butter, sugar, tea, coffee, milk, tomato and BBQ sauce, salt and pepper are provided.
There is a spacious living room downstairs with a 65" 4K TV.
Netflix is ready to go and there is free Wi-Fi at the home.
The open plan living and dining area flow seamlessly to the outdoor entertaining area which features a BBQ and outdoor seating.
The laundry includes a combined washing machine and dryer, an Iron with mini Iron board, in addition of a cloth press machine.
There is a generous rumpus upstairs with luxury lounges and a 4K TV.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a private ensuite, completed with a walk in shower, with a rain shower head. There is a hair dryer provided.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with built in wardrobes.
The third bedroom has a double bed, specially decorated for children, with built in wardrobes.
The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with built in wardrobes.
The second luxury bathroom has a shower and a modern style bath tub, there is also a hair dryer provided for your stay.
There is onsite parking on the driveway. (The garage will not be used for parking.)
