Start your mornings on the spacious east-facing balcony, coffee in hand, as the sun rises over the water. Keep watch for dolphins playing in the waves or, in season, whales passing by. With direct access to the cycle path and sandy beach, you can step straight from the backyard onto the shoreline for a swim, stroll or sunset wander. In winter you have the gas fireplace with warm ambiance feel. Ducting air-conditioning upstairs. Air-conditioning is also available in each bedroom for your comfort.
Inside, comfort is assured year-round. In winter, gather around the marble gas fireplace or enjoy the reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout the home. In summer, open the glass doors and let the sea breeze flow through the airy living spaces.
