2 Bedroom House in Lochmoor Waterway Estates, North Fort Myers

Temporary edit: Due to Hurricane Ian the house did receive some damage which includes some missing shingles. The non-heated pool is perfectly usable and inside of the house is in excellent condition.
We believe Fort Myers Beach is open for the public to use but please do your own research and visit at your own risk.
The house features 2 bedrooms and 2 full size en suite bathrooms. There is a living room with a tv and comfy pull out couch for an additional 2 guests. The two bedrooms each feature a queen size bed with nightstands, closets, and tv with antennas for local channels or you can log into streaming services as well. There is also a library with a papasan chair and another couch. Feel free to read a book while you enjoy our house just please be sure not to take it with you. The back porch features a loveseat and two rocking chairs as well as a table that seats 8. The pool is NOT heated. The sun sets in the back of the house so the pool will naturally heat up throughout the day starting in after noon. There is also a propane grill for your use in the back of the house as well and a dock for you to sit on and watch the fish jump in the water. Please enjoy the beautiful sunsets that SWFL has to offer almost every night while sitting on the back porch!
Guests will be able to access two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the living room and library, the back porch and pool, and the kitchen and dining room. The parts of the house that are off limits are locked off and please be sure to leave them alone. The washer and dryer are located in the garage but the entire garage is not accessible.
Absolutely NO smoking on the property. Please do not use hose on porch to wash down windows or doors on the porch. We DO NOT have Cable TV. You are more than welcome to use streaming services at your own risk. Just please remember to log out before checking out. We have high speed Internet for your use.
The neighborhood is fairly old for the area, it is one of the original neighborhoods in the county. Please be respectful of the neighbors as this is a pretty quiet neighborhood. A lot of the neighbors are much older and there aren’t very many kids in the area either.

Summary: If your looking to book in fort meyers area I would strongly suggest this property. My husband and I came on our honeymoon here and fell in love with this property. We cooked every night, either inside or out we found everything we needed. The property is immaculate! I could see how it would be great for families as well. I would easily book this property again no matter the occasion, just me and my husband or a extended family trip. This is not some corporation property, it is owned by a lovely family! Everything you need is in there. My advice is to book it and once you do and arrive at property and look around. Many of us have purchased things for property and paid it forward so check the cabinets for dishwash soap, or the utility room for laundry detergent, or fun stuff like folding chairs and fishing rods!
