The lounge area leads out through the patio doors into the private enclosed garden area. The brand new, fully equipped kitchen has all of the luxury features you may need including a full sized fridge freezer, dishwasher and even a wine cooler.
The large spacious hallway leads to the large family bathroom with shower over bath. And also, the added bonus of a utility room which houses a washer dryer.
The master bedroom has a double sized bed with a large built in mirrored wardrobe and dressing table. The second bedroom has the option of being two single beds or a king (please advise on your preferences upon booking).
2 Watergate View has one allocated parking space, wifi and is perfect for families and couples aged 25 plus. We are unable to accept dogs, For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups of any description or couples under 25 and will not be able to confirm your booking.
