Enter downstairs to a large guest suite which has own bathroom, large living space natural gas fireplace and own slider to balcony on the dock. The second-floor features two story family room with gas fireplace. The abundance of natural light gives an open and airy living area. Corian kitchen opens to waterfront living room, cathedral ceiling, and balcony with multi sliders. There is a large bedroom with bathroom on this floor. On the 3rd floor there are two more bedrooms, each with own bath. Relax while checking out the amazing bay views from the Master Bedroom balcony, which provides a soaking tub and stall shower.
