Smell the Salty Air as you enjoy a huge covered deck over the canal. Perfect for a couple or two couples or family or buddies on a fishing get-a-way. Book early and often this will be one of THE places to reserve. Wifi, Streaming TV, Giant ground level breezeway will make you want to stay a month at this gem. 3G Condo will be hard to beat!
This unit IS NOT pet friendly.

Summary: We loved the house. It’s on the water and easily accessible. The house is very unique to us because the boat lifts are under the house which was perfect for keeping gear dry, early morning rigging up in the dark, and a big plus is the 3rd bathroom especially with ladies on the boat. Literally you can be fishing with in minutes of getting in the boat. The location is also perfect, reasons being it’s 200 yards from poc fishing center and centrally located. The customer service was also outstanding. We will book this house again If avaliable. This house is one of my favorite places we have stayed in Poc.
