The unit is located on the 2nd floor of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwright Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, and novelist Ayn Rand. The house features multiple units with other renters & tenants. The apartment has a main space which features a kitchen, dining room and a living room with a pull out queen sofa bed. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a small desk. There is also a bathroom with a shower. In the summer, turn on the fans, open the bay windows and deck door and enjoy the sea breeze! In the off season, the heat thermostat control lets you make the unit nice and warm. You will enjoy the gorgeous view of the water during magic hour in this apartment while sipping a drink!

Summary: Nice, cosy place with a large beautiful, 2nd floor private deck that overlooks the bay. We just returned from our second stay here. The deck, for us, is really the draw. We prefer this location in the more quiet side of town, near the galleries and art museum. Alain is a great host and is very friendly and responsive. We'll return here, for sure.
