Includes use of boat moorage, secure boat trailer parking, all resort amenities (indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, exercise facility, mini-golf, on-site watercraft rentals, tennis/pickle ball courts, volleyball, basketball, horse shoe pit, playground equipment and children's activity center).

Summary: We had a great time at this house in Wapato Point. Great amenities with a lot of great activities for our small children and adults alike. Loved the beach, pedal boats, pool, playground and seeing all the cute birds and quail specifically. Bonnie was very responsive. Well stocked kitchen and linens.
