"WanderLove Place " is a vacation home perfect for family stay (up to 15 ppl) and also perfect for small events (up to 40 ppl)

If you would like to rent this property for a small event (16 to 40 ppl) please let us know thru a message here on VRBO , that will have an extra cost for the amount of guest and the use of chairs and tables .
IMPORTANT : the stay is only for 15 ppl or less .
Party Guests can be at the house only until midnight.

BEDROOMS INFO:
VERY IMPORTANT: If you put 10 people or less on the number of "guests" your booking will have the house with ONLY 3 bedrooms. If you want or need the 4th bedroom which is also a very fun Selfie studio with karaoke disco lights , Hollywood vanity , 70" tv and 1 trundle doble beds and one extra mattress (total 3 doble mattresses = 6 ppl) you will need to put "15 guests" and this room/ studio will automatically be open for your stay. No matter if your team is only 4 or 9 if you want this room to be open for use you will need to put 15 guests.

PATIO INFO: The patio doesn't have Hot water , nor in pool nor in the jacuzzi.
The GRILL uses charcoal
Pool is 5 feet deep and in the middle of the pool is 6 feet deep. (All kids MUST have floating devices)

The property has 2 patios the main patio is the one with pool , palapa and bbq grill , the secret garden is a cute patio that we created to be able to be outdoors after hours. (After 10 pm)
FULL HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
•The House have a total of 3 bedrooms and one studio which is also consider a 4th bedroom , it has a big living room area with a 86" smart tv , karaoke , speakers . It has a kitchen with some pans , glasses , dishes , forks , spoons , one blender , etc. It has one Bar-Billar , the master bedroom has a shower and hot tub , one dinning table for 10 people.
•We don't have a garage for vehicles ..
•At the main patio: we have a Bbq charcoal grill , a pool 5' and 6' deep , one cooler , patio cinema (you will need to bring your own mini projector) wood tables , wood/metal chairs , (((the pool and jacuzzi DOESTN have HOT water))) and one outdoor shower.

Very Important: the community rules in this neighborhood don't allow music or noice at all at this patio after 10 pm since we have neighbors around.

SECRET GARDEN : we created this cute patio to be able to be outdoors after hours . This patio can be used until 2 am and we can have music but not too loud . This patio has wood tables , chairs, string lights , a fan and more. •••• This is the only patio open after
10 pm•••••
