This newly featured spacious 800+ sq ft custom built loft in my 1927 home features locally sourced clear poplar trim from locally sourced, High efficiency foam insulation on the entire roof help keep it comfortable, 1898 long clawfoot tub, and separate shower with a distant mountain view! Super quiet and efficient mini split heat pump AC / Heat. Skylights and lots of commercial grade picture windows make it sunny and bright. Oak, maple and slate floors stretch throughout this spacious and completely private apartment.

Summary: This space was excellent. I loved the sleep number bed for a vacation rental (a lot of times beds are too soft me to sleep comfortably). I also loved the soaking tub!
