Renovated in 2018, the interior of the existing cottage, and its new addition, are very nicely designed. This cottage, now boasts an open floor concept, and 10 foot ceilings with ceiling fans, mini-split air conditioner, and much more.
Our beach is the best family beach in Cape Cod. A long wide sugar sand beach, with gentler surf and warm shallow water. The parking lot is also quite ample in size.
Walk to beautiful Pleasant Road Ocean Beach from this charming renovated home in quiet West Harwich - only 4/10's of a mile. Everything you need for the beach is here - beach chairs, umbrella, books, toys, noodles, boogie board, etc. and spend your day at the beach. Come home and relax on our private backyard BBQ patio. Enjoy walking around the shops in West Harwich and Harwich Port - treat yourself to a Lobster Roll and Ice Cream. At night, let the cool ocean breeze lull you to sleep, and dream about doing it all over again the next day......

Summary: Very nice and well-equipped home. Extremely responsive home owner which was super helpful and even offered great advice about child/friendly beaches we hadn’t heard of. The back yard is wonderful for relaxing and bbqing. Would stay again
