There is a separate garage loft apartment in the back about 15' away. It is also used as a rental home so there may be a guest renting at the same time as your stay. You are welcome to rent this space also, just ask and we'll send you the entire property link.
Due to this space being on the same block of a recycling scrapyard, there is a chance of noise throughout the week. We do our best with the nearby houses to enforce noise violations after hours, but there is nothing that we can do about the early morning noise from the recycling scrapyard. This should be considered if you are a light sleeper, but please keep in mind we provide sound machines, sleeping masks, and ear-plugs. The scrapyard operates within regular weekday working hours.
While East Austin is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood, it's important to note that, like many urban areas, there is a visible homeless population. However, it's essential to emphasize that these individuals have never posed a threat to our guests.
