Positive: Great location for exploring Phillip Island, with the beach just a short walk away. The house was very well equipped with everything needed for cooking and enjoying quality time together as a family. The layout and space were especially conducive for children to play and spend time together, and our kids had such a wonderful time. Management was also very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We had a fantastic stay overall.

Negative: Not specific to this property, but the requirement to bring your own linen and towels (which seems common in the area) can be a little challenging, especially for families or shorter stays. The property did offer linen hire, though the additional cost per person felt quite high. Aside from this, we had a very good stay and appreciated the hospitality.

Summary: A comfortable, well-equipped home that made for a memorable family holiday.
