Positive: Bathroom and kitchen very nice. Rooms decorated with found objects and antiques repurposed were comfortably arranged. Back yard and deck were spacious. The cowboy pool.delighted our 3 year old and his grandpa. Quiet south Austin neighborhood, avoids I35.
Negative: Only 4 forks and plates and 1 dish towel. No large pots for cooking, which wouldn’t matter if you were entertaining only.4 for a meal. More wastebaskets and towels would be nice also
Summary: If you're looking for a bargain location for a small multigenerational family gathering, this is it.
