An 85" OLED SMART TV (one of 3 TVs in the unit)is located in the family room which also houses a new Queen SLEEPER SOFA and a state of the art 3 position DUAL RECLINING SOFA. The condo features recently installed wall to wall premium TILE. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops comes fully equipped with a Keurig, toaster, crockpot, utensils, etc.
The dining area and breakfast bar flow into the spacious family room.
The MASTER suite is furnished with a KING bed, dual vanities, a recently updated shower (with an available seat), a walk in closet, new pictures and a 55 in smart TV.
The GUEST Bedroom features a new KING BEDROOM SET and MATTRESS, a private entrance to the guest bath, a smart TV and new pictures.
There is also a self inflating/self deflating TWIN MATTRESS for an additional guest which is stored in the master closet.
A new BROYHILL TABLE, SOFA and CHAIRS are located in our LANAI overlooking the quiet pool and fountains.
Cable and high speed internet as well as an office table, chair and printer can also be found in the unit.
The area provides a multitude of restaurants, shops, Publix grocery, miniature golf and are all within walking distance. Renting a boat, jet ski, kayak or fishing charter can be done easily at the Marina only a few minutes away. A FREE SHUTTLE to the ocean near DOC's BEACH HOUSE operates year round and top notch GOLF, PICKLEBALL and TENNIS are near.
Bonita Village is less than 25 minutes to the REGIONAL SOUTHWEST AIRPORT and 45 minutes from the PUNTA GORDA AIRPORT.

Summary: Location and condo are great. The owner (Tom) is extremely responsive to all inquiries. There are two pool areas one with bar/cafe ( and they take Apple Pay) the second pool was quiet great for those who love to read. The free beach shuttle elevates the parking problem and was super easy to schedule. Don’t hesitate book it!
