Positive: The location for this condo is amazing, steps away from the hustle and buslte of Gondola One and Vail Village main streets, yet is quiet enough to relax after a day of activities. The property is definitely dated in a lot of senses, but nothing to detract from it's comfort. Size is great, we fit comfortably with two families. Key pickup through managers is a breeze and right next door.
Negative: Be careful to note in the description of this property, it is a third floor walk-up (I can't recall seeing it on Booking, but it is on property management website). With kids and a loaded car at the end of a road trip, I have to add a visit to the chiro to my bill. But that is personal, we would not shy away for that, just extra workout arriving/departing. One big issue however, and I think this is a building problem not a condo problem, is that they have a bat infestation inside the roof, and this condo is top floor. You can hear the screeching as well as see tons of bat poop outside on the veranda. At dusk, you do not want to be outside. It's like walking into the Bat-cave, with nerve racking fly-bys for about 1 hr, then their are off for the night. This needs to be taken care of as it is a health hazard for guests and whomever cleans the property.
Summary: Great condo, could use an update, and beware of the 3rd floor walk-up!
