Guests will have access to the entire main house. The unattached garage on the property is not for guest use.

We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.

Summary: Excellent stay for a much needed family get together. The Lake House was very clean and well equipped with kitchen/drinkware essentials. We loved the vintage 70s paneling and decor, it added to the charm of this lake house. Mornings were spent enjoying our coffee with a view on the top deck and we kicked back at the lake-front fire pit on a brisk November evening. The check in process was seamless. We did have one question while on property and the response time was within minutes. The whole family agreed that we would be happy to return to this property. The only caution, (and not at the fault of the property) was that there is a small step down from the living space to the dining space, the wood panel flooring camouflages this step and is easy to miss it. There is caution tape on the step, but somehow still easy to miss. We moved the runner rug below the step which helped, and after a few hours everyone adapted. This did not at all impact our stay, but thought it may be worth mentioning. A very positive experience and I would definitely recommend.
