The property is located on the ground floor of a historic villa, recently renovated and modernized, where the pursuit of comfort and detail is combined. With one of the sea views, among the most evocative of the entire Syracusan coast, you can admire not only the historic center of Ortigia but also unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. The private access to the sea will allow you to swim in peace among the most beautiful stretches of water in the dock.
To make the beauty of the house irreplaceable is undoubtedly the private access to the sea with the outdoor terrace, where guests can have a healthy breakfast or banish the table for a romantic dinner or a particular lunch overlooking the sea and Ortigia, or perhaps enjoying a splendid aperitif at sunset ... all seasoned exclusively by the sound and scent of the sea. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living room with fireplace, an antique piano and sofas where you can relax and enjoy the view ... a living room with sofa bed, a large kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Outside the apartment there is a laundry area, garden and a barbecue area!
Guests will have exclusive access to the private beach, use the barbecue for lunches or dinners, sunbathe on the terrace and the entire house. They can also take advantage of the laundry area, equipped with a washing machine.
The villa is about 1 km from the island of Ortigia, a 15-minute walk
(pedestrian path) shown in the photo.
This will allow you to appreciate the beauties of the Old Town, as well as Pedestrian Island or Limited Traffic Zone, enjoying the serenity and tranquility of a healthy walk. Equally impressive and certainly much closer you can reach the cycle path! Rossana Maiorca of Syracuse 5 minutes on foot (directions in the photo). A 13 km path entirely overlooking the sea, on a rocky and high and very suggestive ridge. Useful for beautiful walks or for those wishing to practice healthy sport at any time of the day.
