The recently built villa has a solarium and a large terrace equipped with garden furniture that offers an enchanting view of the Avola coastline. The welcoming and well-divided interiors include a bright living room-kitchen, two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a small bedroom with two beds, and a third bathroom, also with shower.
