Villa of recent construction 2006, friendly and transparent opening onto two large terraces with Large Infinity Pool of 15 m x 8 m.
We are in the heart of the SAINT-TROPEZ peninsula with the easiest access in a few minutes to the Pampelonne Beaches and SAINT-TROPEZ
You reach the property by a small road with infinite charm, crossing the Wine Estate of the Châteaux of BARBEYROLLES and MINUTY.
The house spans several levels. On the ground floor, an entrance hall and a large living / dining room of 100 m2, with a beautiful modern fireplace, opening onto 2 terraces, one opening onto the POOL and the SEA and the other onto the surrounding countryside and the village of GASSIN as well as a large open fitted kitchen.

Summary: Lovely house and so comfortable. Extra bonus to have air-con in the bedrooms. The pool no longer has the ‘tapis’ in the picture but a security ‘fence’. It did not interfere with our enjoyable two weeks though. A trim of the hedges in front of the fabulous terrace would also be a great idea to expose that gorgeous view of the sea! The housekeeper was wonderful, Mme Leloup, and so efficient. Do not hesitate to rent here. Gassin is a 12 minute walk up the hill. Merci M. et Mme Ours!
