The property, with its bright interior spaces, panoramic sea-view windows, and a delightful outdoor dining area complete with a stone barbecue, consists of two independent and mirrored units and is situated in the prestigious residential complex of the same name. Renovated in 2020, it not only offers modern comforts such as an enhanced air conditioning system and a private circular pool but also provides a total immersion in the unspoiled beauty of western Sardinia. Nestled among rocky coastlines, small coves, and inlets, and strategically positioned between the renowned town of Castelsardo to the south and the charming Santa Teresa di Gallura to the north, this villa is an exclusive retreat for those seeking a unique experience on the Sardinian coast.
Interior:
The two, single-floor units of Villa Li Baietti are contiguous and equivalent (mirrored). From the fenced garden each unit can be accessed through both the main door and the French windows of the sitting rooms and bedrooms. Each of the two units, not connected internally, is composed of a kitchen, a sitting/dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the units faces, at the front, the swimming pool and, at the back, the outdoor dining area, while the other unit faces, at the front, a porticoed area and a part of the garden and, at the back, the same dining area as the first unit, with a large stone table and brick-built barbecue. In both units, the main door leads into the sitting/dining room furnished with a sofa and armchairs and a dining table; the sitting room, with a large French window giving access to the garden, leads to the kitchen on one side and to a hallway with built-in wardrobes leading to the sleeping area on the other. The pool-front unit has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, another double bedroom and a further bathroom with shower, while the adjacent unit has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, a triple bedroom and a further bathroom with shower. Every bedroom has access to the garden and swimming pool through French windows. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
The garden, located on the opposite side of the main entrance, covers about 250 sq m of flat terrain with small shrubs and hedges that mark the border with the only neighbouring property. The area is shaded and accessible through two French windows located in the sitting room of one of the two units. This external part is connected to the newly-built solarium and swimming pool area, facing the living area of the twin unit. In the garden is a comfortable dining area with a large stone table and brick-built barbecue, as well as a portico furnished as a cosy living area.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The circular swimming pool has a diameter of approximately 6 m with a variable depth from 1,40 m to 1,60 m. It is located in front of the property in a secluded area of the structure, surrounded by a solarium with a relaxation area from where you can glimpse the sea which is about 50 m away. Light blue, with chlorine purification and large steps for access to the water, the pool is just a few metres from the sitting room and the bedrooms and guests will appreciate the opportunity to take an early morning dip after waking up. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
