This rental villa by the sea is a traditional Dalmatian 3-storey stone house thatwas completely renovated in 2012. The outside area features a 23m swimming pool with sunloungers and an outdoor shower, lounge area and a large terrace with natural shade where the guests can enjoy alfresco dining with BBQ.
From the terrace the guests have access to one of the en suite bedrooms with separate entrance from the outside and also access to a laundry room with fitness and play corner (elliptical trainer, exercise bike, table football) and a guest toilet.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, 4 ring electric hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, microwave, mixer) with dining area and a guest toilet. Connected through the internal staircaise, the first floor features one en suite double bedroom with king size bed and a window to the sea side, and also one more large en suite double bedroom with king size bed, sofa and a balcony to the hill side.
