This brand new modern villa located just above the coast in Golfe Juan, offers 5 ensuite and air-conditioned bedrooms, stunning views, a large pool, jacuzzi and is finished to a very high standard.
Villa Aurora is divided over three floors with on the ground floor a fully-equipped American kitchen, dining and living room with large glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the terrace, pool and simply amazing sea views. All rooms on the ground floor open up onto the terrace / pool area.
The spacious master bedroom can be found on the first floor and offers guests beautiful panoramic seaviews, access to Master bathroom and walk in dressing.
On the same floor there are 4 more highest standard bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Two bedrooms share the equally amazing sea views.
On the lower ground of the villa guests will find a relaxing area with a steam room, sauna, a sports room, home cinema, as well as games room with billiard table and bar amenities.
The exceptional outdoor living areas offer a true and luxury South of France holiday experience. There is a large infinity pool and a large covered outdoor dining area with fully equipped kitchen. A comfortable lounge area offers plenty of seating for an evening aperitif at sunset.
