Beautiful villa for 4 people located on the playground of the Buitenplaats park in Callantsoog. This attractive villa in the Buitenplaats park in Callantsoog is ideal for a holiday with (young) children. The children can easily and quickly reach the park's playground via the bridge next to the house. The spacious living room has a cozy sitting area and the open kitchen is fully equipped. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer at your disposal. The open staircase in the living room leads to the first floor with 2 spacious bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a TV in the room. The lovely bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower and bath. You walk onto the terrace through the patio doors in the living room. The terrace, which extends into the garden on the water, also has 2 nice sun loungers at your disposal. At the back of the garden, on the water, there is a second terrace with a lounge set. The garden is fenced, so it is safe for your children. You can park your car on site, in front of the door. Pets are not allowed. A really wonderful house for a holiday with children close to the beach and sea!!
