Villa Grotta is located between Syracuse and Fontane Bianche in a tiny fisherman's port. It is about 250m from the rocky coastline and about 300m from a tiny sandy beach which gently slopes down to the sea. Within the area are tiny sandy beaches with crystal clear waters for those who enjoy angling or diving. The beach resort has a regular bus connection with Syracuse every 90 minutes.
Access to the property is via the entrance gate where you will find the villa. It is comfortably furnished to afford you a relaxing holiday. The property offers a 200 sq.m living area which has modern furnishings for eight guests and can be booked as the main villa (sleeps 6) and additional annex (sleeps 2).
Villa: The 160 sq.m large living area of the main building offers on the ground floor dining area, living area, Satellite TV and air conditioning. Kitchenette with dishwasher, gas cooker and oven, microwave and air conditioning. Bedroom with double bed, one twin bedroom, both with air conditioning. Bathroom with shower/WC. Washing machine, iron. A wooden staircase will lead you to the first floor where there is one double bedroom with air conditioning and WC/bidet en suite. This bedroom offers also a 20 sq.m large terrace with garden furniture. Sleeps 6
Annexe: The 40 sq.m large annex is approx 10m from the main villa and offers on the ground floor 1 double bedroom with air conditioning, bathroom with shower/WC. Sleeps 2
All air conditioning offers the possibility of warm and cold air (winter & summer time).
Exterior: There is a spacious covered veranda with outdoor kitchen with four gas rings, BBq, pizza oven, sitting area with dining table. On the right hand side of the house there is a private over-ground pool (4m x 7m, 1.2m deep). External shower. A well maintained Mediterranean garden surrounds the house.
Parking: In this case a natural cave within the grounds is used as a parking area where up to five cars can find a shaded parking space.
