The Villa is located in the Gulf of Arzachena and a large garden directly borders the sea with direct access to the beach. The area is strategic for visiting the Costa Smeralda , being situated only 15 km from Porto Cervo. Conveniently connected with neighboring supermarket, 1 km, bars and restaurants are present in the surroundings . At about 2 km away from the port of Cannigione that is also used by the residents of Porto Cervo as a shelter for boats for excursions to the beautiful islands of the Maddalena. A short distance away , right in front of the house is the beautiful island of Fichidindia, which is easily reached by swimming. A few minutes walk along the shore of the sea there is a nice coffee shop. The verandas and large outdoor areas, with splendid views of the gulf, enhance the enjoyment of this peaceful location. It is also possible to organize wonderful, unforgettable candlelit suppers in truly unique surroundings.
