Villa Gabriella, for its strategic position, is a 10-minute walk from the beach of Mondello and the center of the seaside village, served by supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, post offices, restaurants, bars and shops for shopping.
From the garden with two entrances, you access the spacious rooms of the villa, one of which is air-conditioned with television and fireplace.
Adjacent to the halls we find a study room and guest bathroom with toilet and sink.
Kitchen living room equipped with appliances with attached technical area use pantry and laundry and bathroom with shower.
Two separate stairs inside the house, to ensure the privacy of the guests, lead to the first floor where along a corridor with comfortable wardrobes we find two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom and a large bathroom with shower. In the remaining part, always on the first floor, a large double bedroom with TV and served by a large bathroom with tub.
All rooms are air-conditioned.

Summary: Villa Gabriella is a superb house in a great location. It is a ten minute walk from the fantastic beach of Mondello and a 2 minute walk from a bakery and patisserie. There are restaurants on the eatsern side of the beach, probably a 20 minute walk but we drove since it was October and there was oarking. The garden is beautiful and private and we had all our breakfasts and some meals outside in the terrasse. There are mosquitos but there were bug spray and other repellent products provided. The living room is massive and very comfortable, it is a bit dark which ensures the house stays cool. The kitchen is extremely well appointed with every item you could wish for. The four large bedrooms upstairs are bright, the two bathrooms recent and modern. There are many terasses. Elvira and her son were extremely nice and welcoming!
