Villa Claudia is a nice chalet with private garden located in the high and panoramic area of Mandello del Lario, a characteristic village located on Lake Como. It is conveniently located away from all the essential services, shops, bars, restaurants, as well as the lake, to enjoy it and take a bath. In a few minutes you can also reach the station and the ferry dock landing stage, to quickly reach the most famous places of the lake, such as Varenna and Bellagio.
The villa is on two levels and is furnished in a simple and nice style, which makes the environment relaxing and comfortable. On the ground floor there is access to the living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with comfortable sofa and TV. The floor is completed by a bathroom with bathtub, sink and WC. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and WC. The villa is completed by a large garden, also equipped with a barbecue and relax area, and a parking space just outside the garden.
