You will be staying in the most sought-after villa floor plan with covered car port. The Villa backs on to the 16th fairway golf course, in a friendly gated community. The Villa sleeps 4 comfortably with 2 bedrooms c/w king size beds and 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry and a lovely screened in Arizona room. Relax in the Arizona room, reading or enjoying a coffee or cocktail watching the golfers playing on through.
For your enjoyment there is 55” Smart TV in the living room and a 32" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom c/w wifi wireless internet
Sunbird Golf Resort is a gated community with splendidly remodeled surroundings. Enjoy the two heated pools, hot tub, and tennis courts and yes, we have pickleball.
Appreciate the challenging 18th hole golf course, 4384 yards, par 66, noticeable water features and impartial sand traps found on different holes. There are many other great courses minutes away.
Sunbird Community Center also has a restaurant/bar, workout center, billiard room, library, post office and much more.
