Positive: We booked the accommodation very late and arrived at the beginning of the night. No staff was there, luckily everything worked out by communicating with the team over the phone, we had a little trouble getting into the rooms as there was probably some delay between creating the access codes and them actually starting to work.
Negative: I couldn't get a hot shower for some reason, but my wife tried right after me and everything worked normally.
