Beautiful and spacious Spanish-style Villa on 2 levels, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
The house enjoys a privileged location 3 km from the beach and 4 km from the center of Moraira, in a quiet location but close to shops (Mercadona at 950 m), shops and restaurants.
The villa faces south with a beautiful view of the sea and the valley: you can enjoy the swimming pool (10 x 5 m) surrounded by the large terrace and the magnificent Mediterranean garden. You have two covered terraces to sit in the shade. The 2 terraces are equipped with lounge lounge areas. At the level of the swimming pool, there is a barbecue area as well as a gas plancha.
Upper floor: fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and very bright TV lounge communicating with the upper terrace with covered and uncovered areas, a bedroom with adjoining bathroom / wc as well as two other bedrooms and a bathroom / wC.
On the lower floor at the pool level: two bedrooms, a shower room / wc, a kitchen area (fridge, microwave, sink), a TV lounge and dining room communicating with a large covered terrace.
